        NONDISCRIMINATION 非歧视
        we believe that all terms and conditons of employment shuould be based on an individual's ability to do the job,ability to do the job,not on the basis of personal chaarcaterstics or beliefs.
        我们相信所有雇佣条款及条件应基于每个人完成工作的能力,而不是其个人性格或信仰。
        FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION 结社自由
        Suppliers must recognize and respect the right of workers to freedom of association and to bargain collectively.
        供货商必须承认并尊重更人自由结社及集体谈判的权利。
        Workers must not be subject to intimidation or harassment in the exercise of their right to join or to refrain from joining any organization.
        工人必须能够自由参加或脱离任何组织而不受任何胁迫或骚扰。
        CONTRACT LABOR 合同劳工
        Workers hired through contract agencies,including migrant workers shall be employed by the supplier in strict accordance with relevant international legal agreeements between legal agreements between the sending and receiving countries.
        通过中介雇佣工人(包括移民工在内)的雇佣合同应严格遵从输出国和到达过两国的国家法律协定。
        DISCIPLINE AND TERMINATION 处罚及合同终止
        Suppliers shall implement reasonable procedures for disciplining and/or terninating workers including maintaining appropriate documentation.Suppliers shall not use monetary fines as a penitive disciplinary fines as a punitive disciplinary practice.
        供应商应建立合理的处罚/或终止合同的程序,并保留合适的条件。供应商不能使用罚款作为惩罚。
        EMPLOYMENT POLICIES 雇员政策
        Suppliers shall have a conprehensive set of employment/personnel policies and proceduers that are fully communicated to their workforce.
        供应商应建立一套完整的雇佣/人事政策及程序并与工人经行全面沟通。 
        GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES 申诉程序
        Suppliers must foster and maintain conditons in which workers can freely communicate grievances and expect prompt and reasonable action.
        供应商须建立及维持工人能够自由进行申诉并能得到及时合理回应的气氛。

        .Wokkers are allowed to leave the factory without penalty under reasonable circumstances.
        .工人能够在合理的情况下离开工厂而不受处罚
        .if permission(written or veRBAl)is required to leave the factory,workers are granted permission,without undue delay,under reasonable conditions.
        .如离厂需要批准(书面或口头),工人在合理情况下应能够得到及时批准。
        .Factory provides unrestricted access to toilets and drinking water.
        .上班时工人能够自由上厕所及饮水。
        .Workers are never physically barred from leaving the factory,dormitories or factory grounds.
        .不能用强力阻拦工人离开工厂、宿舍或厂房。
